An exotic yet delicate collection of jellies infused with real, edible flowers.

We are renowned for innovation and creativity and these jellies are a perfect example of both these qualities.

The base for the jellies is local Bramley apples. The flavours are achieved by the use of flowers and their essences; each has its own subtle taste and makes a wonderful accompaniment to many Middle Eastern dishes such as Harissa baked chicken or spicy Falafel.

Consists of 4 x 100g jars.

  • Calendula - Slight peppery undertones
  • Carnation - Reminiscent of cloves
  • Cornflower - Slight lemony undertones
  • Jasmine - Delicate though heady
  • Lavender - Tastes like the fragrance
  • Rose - Reminiscent of Turkish Delight
