We use only the freshest ingredients to create a superb range of soft set, additive free, jams and conserves. Many of the fruits used are grown by independent local producers (rhubarb, apples, pears, plums, greengages, cherries, gooseberries, etc.). Each year the autumn harvest brings an abundance of foraged treats (blackberries, elderberries, damsons, etc.) for us to use in many of the recipes.
