We make the following range of delicious loaf shaped cakes. All our cakes are freshly baked, have a shelf life of 7 days and freeze extremely successfully. All the cakes below come in 350g size.

Avocado & Pecan Loaf (contains nuts)
An intriguing mix and a wonderful balance of flavours. This cake is spiced with ground cardamom and coriander. Made with sunflower oil.

Banana & Chocolate Chip Loaf
A squishy cake made with loads of banana, wholemeal flour, golden syrup & chocolate pieces topped with banana chips. It is just as good cold or warmed with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Carrot Loaf (contains nuts)
A lightly spiced cake with grated carrot, wholemeal flour and a hint of lemon. Can be finished with delicious butter and cream cheese icing. Made with sunflower oil.

Chocolate & Beetroot Loaf
A densely chocolatey and gooey cake with added chocolate pieces sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and one very unusual ingredient - beetroot! This is also delicious served warmed. Made with sunflower oil.

Crunchy Orange / Lemon / Lime Loaf
An all butter fresh orange / lemon cake with a crunchy top and a very squishy lemon/orange soaked sponge.

Pear, Almond & Orange Zest Loaf (contains nuts)
This pear & almond loaf is spiked with fresh orange zest and topped with pecan nuts. Similar to the rhubarb & cinnamon loaf it is packed with soft chunks of fruit and has a delicious dense, moist texture.

Spicy Sweet Potato & Sultana Loaf
Sweet potato adds a wonderful moistness and silky sweet flavour to this subtly spiced loaf. Made with sunflower oil.

Walnut & Courgette Loaf (contains nuts)
Spicy and packed with walnuts and raisins and sprinkled with sunflower seeds. Made with buckwheat and a small amount of wholemeal flour. this cake is delicious served with cream cheese. Made with sunflower oil.
