Rich, creamy curds were once the highlight of every respectable Edwardian teatime.We have resurrected these delectable treats! Try using in homemade ice cream; as fillings for light, airy sponge cakes; spread thickly on warm scones or combine imaginatively with countless puddings such as roulades or pavlovas. We concoct our recipes from the freshest free range eggs, Sussex Downs sweet butter produced by Twineham Grange and local honey. We flavour with zest and juice of citrus fruits, scent with passion fruit or sharpen with fresh cranberries. Curds are freshly made to order.

Please allow 10 days prior to delivery. These will keep unopened for up to 4 months in a cool place. Once opened, please refrigerate.
