We have developed absolutely delicious, totally moist wheat and gluten-free cakes to suit all tastes. We make the following range of delicious loaf shaped cakes. All our cakes are freshly baked, have a shelf life of 7 days and freeze extremely successfully. All the cakes below come in 350g size.

Coconut, Lime & Fresh Mint Loaf
A wonderful wheat free cake with the tang of fresh lime, a hint of fresh mint combined with fragrant moist coconut.

Polenta & Ground Almond Loaf (contains nuts)
Two grades of Polenta (maize or cornmeal) are mixed with ground almonds producing moistness and interesting texture. This doubles up as a perfect pudding. It is a dense, rich cake that is wonderful either cold or warmed, served with a dollop of creme fraiche. Flavours: Chocolate, Lavender, Ginger, Lemon, Lime or Orange.

Meringue
Meringues are made with egg whites, pure vanilla essence and sugar. They have a slightly toffee edge. 6 large meringues to a bag.
