Prepared in a nutty environment.

Curds will keep unopened for up to 3 months refrigerated. Must be kept below 4ºc at all times.

If you think there are no new flavours to discover, try this. I was bowled over by the geranium - strong, but not overpowering, and so summery. Friends all liked it, and I couldn't stop eating it - preferably on scones.
