Tamarind & Star Anise Jelly

I've been lucky enough to receive this as a present in my stocking this Christmas & my goodness, it's the best jelly I've ever had. Being a redcurrant fan (since a child-a staple with chicken!), I didn't think any other jelly could compete, that is, until I tried The Tamarind & Star Anise jelly.
For the perfect combination, try a spoonful served with roasted pork belly & rice cooked with mirepoix, star anise, fennel & broccoli-Yummy!!
