Of paramount importance is the hand prepared aspect of our products. As far as possible, we use a variety of locally grown as well as foraged produce. Only small batches are made at any one time. We use a minimum of 50% fruit or vegetables and our own unique blends of herbs and spices in all our recipes.

Seasonal feel, stock varies according to availability.
