Our Team

We are a close knit band of hard working people. Each member of the team plays a vital part in the well being of the business so consequently there is enormous value and respect felt between us all. We span generations and if all the years of life experiences were added together it would exceed 500 years - what a fascinating recipe that makes!

The major part of all preparation and production in the kitchen is managed by Julian Warrender. On any given day the kitchen team can be found making a diverse selection of products from Lemon Curd through to Marmalades, spicy fragrant Chutneys as well as the weekly orders of fresh Pestos, Mayonnaise and Tapenades.

Great care is taken in the appearance as well as taste - much of the skill lies in the attention to detail. Our exquisite jellies such as our award winning Mulled Apple Jelly with Calvados (Formerly Spiced Apple Jelly) and Red Chilli Jelly represent the care we pride ourselves in.

We have an extremely well regarded reputation for customer care and account management, which the team in the office balance with the many other demands of a small, vibrant, business.

We are fortunate to have an extremely well coordinated team in the stock room that handle the pressures of deadlines with style and good humour.
